I lived the travel lifestyle working from wherever, shopping in the Airport and knowing the launges. My parents are German and today I speak , read and deliver trainings in 6 languages .
It took me a lot of time to decide what language should start the blog. I finally choose English hoping that you my dear friends do understand English today. But yes I hope Google will translate all for you my beautiful friends.
Where do I live? Home is where my friends and family are. At the moment Munich Airport is the destination to travel if ou want to meet me and join me for a walk in the mountains ,or working in the office, recording podcasts, workshops....
Over the last several years, I have started multimillion-dollar projects in a variety of industries from fashion , 5 star hotel development, electronics, medical equipment, mobile telecommunication, 20 years leadership academy training and consulting for fortune 500 corporations to online education. Because of this I am able to guide entrepreneurs towards growth in all kinds of industries from a place of practical, real life experience - and get people BIG results.

I had so many awesome opportunities but I wasn´t always prepared enough to see them or to feel confident enough to exploit them .

Now on demand learning -today it is is possible,. You may read a book, listen to a podcast, watch a youtube video. But that will not lead to doing. My experience in the 20 years Education and Transformation shows that it is far better If I `ll teach you just a that much you can digest but all you you need to get that next step done, put you into action and implementation today. Guide you through practical exercises to make your learning process more a Learning by doing , getting my feedback , improving and gaining confidence by practicing new habits in a safe environment.
